Making coastal bermuda hay the old-fashioned way in Northeast Texas

Howdy! My name is Darin Williams. I am a proud 10th generation Texan and native of the East Texas Piney Woods. In 2022, following almost 28 years of service to our nation characterized by global travel and shallow roots, I set my intention and manifested a return “home” with my lovely wife, Giselle, to a beautiful 26-acre property just 10 minutes west of Canton, Texas. We took ownership of an established homestead and coastal bermuda hay operation, and we sell our hay bales direct to local ranchers and homesteaders.

Water Hill Farm LLC sits at 1340 VZ County Road 2502, Canton, TX 75103. We cut and store premium coastal bermuda in 4x5 round bales, and while we do not offer delivery, we are happy to load your trailer during business hours (Monday–Friday 4 p.m.–7 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m.–7 p.m.). During the holidays we also open our kitchen under Texas Cottage Food guidelines to share Sweet Sandy Poppers and other seasonal treats for local pickup only.
